1	Rolling Stock (Package 17)	Contractor- consortium of Alstom Transport India Ltd. and Alstom Transport S.A. (Total 248 cars, 31 Train Sets of 8 cars each) 1. First prototype Train set received in temporary facilities set up at Sariput Nagar in Aarey on 5th Aug’22. 2. Initial design proving Train Trail runs flagged off by Hon’ble Chief Minister and Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra on 30^th Aug’22, in about 3 Kms section on the Down Main-line between Ramp (at SEEPZ) to Marol Naka (excl.) 3. Nine (9) number of required Train sets for successful commissioning of Phase-I (Aarey to BKC) has been received at Aarey Depot. 4. Successful Train movement carried out between MIDC to Vidyanagari station covering distance of 17 kms on 8^th Oct’23. 5. 10^th Train Set has been received at Aarey Depot on 27^th Nov’23. 6. Production of remaining Train sets are in progress at Alstom, SriCity, Andhra Pradesh

Package (09-02)– Automatic Train Wash Plant (Contractor-Cyclosystem-Inventa)– LoA awarded in Apr’23, Mfg under Progress 3. Package (09-03A)– Diesel Shunter (Contractor-MOL CY NV)– LoA awarded in Oct’23, in design stage 4. Package (09-03B)– Catenary Maintenance Vehicle– RPF Published on 06.09.23, Bid submission on 20.12.23. 5. Package (09-04)– Rail-Cum-Road Rescue Vehicle (RRV) and Re-railing Equipment (RRE) (Contractor-Premier India-ZAGRO)– RRV under Mfg and RRE commissioned on 28^th Nov’23. 6. Package (09-05)– Lifting Jacks & Turn Tables (Contractor-Pfaff-Stahl) - LoA awarded in Feb’23, Mfg under progress. 7. Package (09-06A)– Material Handling Equipment– LoA awarded on 20.11.23 . 8. Package (09-06D)– Lot I- Blow Down Plant– RFP Published on 04.11.23, Bid submission on 21.12.23. Lot II- Wagon (Contractor-Gourika India)– LoA awarded on Oct’23. 9. Package (09-06– C, B & E):- Workshop Equipment, Storage Stands & ladders and O&M Tools- RFP Preparation in Progress.
